Management is currently scrambling for solutions. They're throwing tech at the wall to see what sticks, when they should be putting everything into a competitive online solution. Mall-within-a-mall idea seems gimmicky at best, and will take a long time to implement, in which case they won't have any customers left when it finally goes live to see if it works.
I've grown a little bit on this stock and management, but it looks like too big of a restructuring is necessary to keep this company afloat. Too many legacy problems (IT backbone specifically) that should have been overhauled earlier. Not sure if they can see their vision to the end with the way cash is evaporating, especially with a weak holiday season.
