A Possible Hidden Gem?

I stumbled upon this stock by accident. I have to say that I am impressed with their franchising model and growth plans.
Wanted to get this out there for thought and to see who might have more information on this gem.
Here is a video that does a nice job of laying the gameplan to bare.

I have thrown some "just because" money into the stock for now while I research further (following Fool disclosure sanctity), and I will be headed to the Spicy Pickle in Sacramento on Saturday to see how it operates. Have friends in Denver who love it. Report due out.

28 Stores Open, 12 more open by year end. 50+ more in 2008 already agreed upon. Expanding market in Colorado, its base of operations. Opening commisary to bring costs down in Denver market.

Serious long-term potential here.

Current plans cover stores in 15 states. Check locations at www.spicypickle.com. Check their SEC filings there too, under the Investor Relations tab.Cheers!

Store in Sacramento is located just off the Capitol Mall and as such caters to those clientel; therefore, restaurant is not open on Saturday. Hours currently are from 10:30am - 5:00pm though that will change as they roll out the breakfast menu. Employees reported their sales as brisk and consistent. Store has a fresh and unique layout. The Bronx sandwich on fresh Ciabatta bread that I tried was excellent. Sandwich price is competitive. Rumor has it, Arnold has a thing for the Sausalido Bandido sandwich...
