Thie stock has NO CHANCE of making a material upward move, and the dowside risk is monumental given that Microsoft bought Yammer and is giving Jive's product away for free.

IMHO, this is one of the safest and best Short plays in the entire stock market. It most likely will Never be profitable.

I could eventually get bought out, but that's always the risk of going short.
