What a lot of people forget is that the vast majority of Chinese do not have access to the internet. JOBS does print job adverts, especially in growing rural areas. Focus is on converting the paper customers to more lucrative online forms, which should boost profitability in the future.
Substantial in-house ownership stake, young management. Even a Chinese economic slowdown will show demand for more professional Chinese workers in-country (as manufacturing evolves out into less booming Asian economies like Vietnam, which is soaking up a bunch of Chinese manufacturing contracts).
