I worked as a cs rep for Chase's credit card division. Started about 6 years ago when it was Bank One. I personally experienced James Dimon whip this company into shape which meant my comrades and I were made to work a lot harder. For a long time our site had trouble maintaining adequate staffing as turnover was high. I left the company because I didn't want to make a career in credit cards and could not learn much more about credit cards after nearly 6 years. But the site I worked at recently gave out significant pay raises so that should help the turnover problem. This stock is just beginning to reap the rewards of the company's improved efficiency. I would not be surprised if over the next two years jpm posted two or three substantial earnings surprises. I have 30 percent of my net worth in this stock but now is not the time to take profits on this one.
