Back one more time to this stock. They showed some revenue growth in the last quarter (september 2007), and cost control measures are being put in place. They have about $16 million in owner earnings after adding back depreciation and amortization.

It's just too cheap, and a small cap. Can easily outperform. Unclear why it is hammered so hard. Probably because market thinks business model is broken. I have a hard time seeing that. An excellent takeout candidate by either Getty or Corus.

Bought in August 2006. JUPM was moving forward nicely, but hit a minor rough patch (Oct) when the CFO suddenly resigned without full explanation. Still a good growing company. Our target is around $ 12 - $ 13 over next 6 - 12 months.

JUPM still has great fundamentals and will rebound from the 35% drop that occured after the Getty merger was called off. Short term rebound is expected. Solid company will attract another look from Getty, or others.

Expectation of short-term gains due to restructuring. High risk, but I've put my money where my recommendation is. It's also a stock that I'll be keeping a sell-stop set on as it recovers.
