The CEO of KB home came out today and said that he did not see the housing market bottom until the end of 2008 and didn't see prices rising until well into 2009. When the CEO comes out and says things aren't going to change for at least another year to year and a half, you know things are bad. I'm shorting all the American home builders right here.
