I think long term this will come out of the RE doldrums of today. They also had some recent issues which drove their CEO to resign. May not do well short term, but it's so depressed already.

This homebuilder is at ground zero for the Housing Bubble. Its earnings and share price will be badly hurt as housing prices unwind in California and some of its other markets.It continues to do well in France, though.
