BEING A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR AND SERVICE PROVIDER TO ENERGY COMPANIES CAN'T BE TOO BAD. GOOD RECENT TRENDS, ONE YEAR RETURN, AND NICE PRICE COMPARED TO FORTH QUARTER 2007 HIGH PRICE MAKE THIS PICK LOOK WORTH TRYING.
