Sun is setting on this company already. Wasteful government contractor-ask anyone whose been to Iraq-Stock may do well for a bit but it will tank especially when the Congress starts investigating.

This engg. firm is one of the few companies in the world that has very large project experience. With a good backlog this is a long term winner even if it doesn't get the iraq bid
