Here's what convinced me...
(1) As I was typing 'Kodiak Energy" in google - Google Suggest functionality suggested "Kodiak Energy stock" as the 4th entry, telling me straight away that this company is a stock story
(2) Then, on the website they proudly display KDKN.OB on their top navigation ALL the time - company also thinks it is a f**king stock story
(3) On their investor relations section - they have featured 3 reports from the same guy pumping the stock like there's no tomorrow - so the company not only know but are proud that they are a stock story.

This one fight fly for a while, but will come down to ground one day.
