A repeat red thumb, shamelessly looking for accuracy and points. This quote from the Form 10-Q dated 12 May '08 pretty much sums up the red thumb case:"There is uncertainty that the Company will continue as a going concern, which presumes the realization of assets and discharge of liabilities in the normal course of business for the foreseeable future. The Company has not generated positive cash flow from operations since inception and has incurred operating losses and will need additional working capital for its future planned activities. These conditions raise doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Continuation of the Company as a going concern is dependent upon obtaining sufficient working capital to finance ongoing operations. The Company's strategy to address this uncertainty, includes additional equity and debt financing; however, there are no assurances that any such financings can be obtained on favorable terms, if at all."They not only haven't generated positive cash flow, they haven't generated any revenue since 2006.
