A solidly managed financial company that has been hammered by the crash in financials. A recent RTS sale 270MM, investor sale of 230MM and other moves to raise cash should help offset concerns over their debt, which at 17B is less than half of what the market analysis says they are capable of sustaining. They are below the midpoint of their 52-week range and their RSI is looking good, they should spend the next 6 months or so moving back toward the upper end of that range.
