KMP gets the tax advantages of a limited partnership but the trading liquidity of your average stock. Energy MLP's have outperformed the S&P by over 12% over the last 10 years, and KMP is well positioned for the future. As a pipeline transporter and bulk storage operator, they typically avoid the gigantic cyclical swings from commodity volatility. Solid company with strong balance sheet.
