The Company provides regional truckload carrier services from the Company regional dry van service centers, and from its temperature controlled service centers.
Low supply of freight coupled with high fuel prices do not lead to a sound bottom line. I'm shorting this until the dollar strengthens and fuel prices head back towards $2.50-$3/gal instead of $4-4.50.
Considering the fact that they are in litigation with FMCSA now over a possible Conditional Rating (a death senetence to most carriers) and they failed to mention this on their recent filings. I think that this stock will TANK and what's up with the CEO selling a large number of shares after a upbeat quarterly meeting> I smell something here and it aint good.
