KSS has an excellent structure in place both in mangement and a company as a whole. the store are always kept clean, with a friendly staff it makes for a wonderful shopping experience. The discounted dept. stores have a major advantage in the economy and the way it performs if the economy is badpeople still need clothes and will hunt out bargins and they will shop Kohls and when the economy is good and the us market spends more the store will do well in that situation as well there are no down sides. KSS will be an excellent addition to any portfolio in need of a retail portion.
