The Company designs, develops and markets an array of athletic footwear for sports use, fitness activities and casual wear under the K Swiss brand. Also designs and manufactures footwear under the Royal Elastics brand.

Beaten down due to softness in the shoe business, but has a strong balance sheet and a solid management team. May fluctuate more on the downside in the near-term, but a solid pick for the next couple of years.

- Highly profitable company that focuses mainly on shoes. Everything else is secondary to them.- Their margin is incredible due to their low product cycle turnover. They are able to maintain their designs for years which helps build brand awareness ...

OK, so their shoes are boring. But they have NO DEBT and 260 million of cash (and equivalent) on hand. They can ride out the storm.
