The good news I suppose is you can be a good investor and lead with your heart on this one. KV was obnoxious enough in their price gouging that they have a bullseye painted on them. Not just the sentators and FTC..guessing that'll be small in comparison to the price that they'll pay for embarrassing the FDA and enraging the medical community and the public. The compounding pharmacies can continue to sell, there are alternatives like the gel that likely get fasttracked now. When the stillbirths and premature births increase and the outrage grows this is just going to get exponentially worse for KV. Want to go after drug companies in general and people will look to use KV as a pinata...I would. Last years CEO in jail and price gouging on a drug that prevents premature birth...I couldn't make up something to position KV worse Also, picture a courtroom where KV is explaining a 150x price increase to a jury looking a pictures of a premature baby.....this company needs to fix Makenas price point quickly to keep this fiasco from escalating.
