I like to find stocks reaching new highs on significant volume increase. Combine that with good valuations and its a winner. KWR has s psr of 0.53. Current PE is average but forward PE is below 15. Quarterly revenue growth is up over 20%. A cheap growth stock that is finally attracting the attention of institutional buyer is among "my favorite things".
