How can a stock go from a 5 Star rating here, to a 1 star rating in only 30 days? this stock managed that dubious accomplishment.

Morningstar.com tells me that the underlying Co. only managed to be profitable once in the last 5 years, so possibly my question should be, how did the stock ever get a 5 Star rating to begin with?
