More troubles are on the horizon for investment banks like Lehman Brothers, which still has a lot of assets tied up in mortgage-backed securities. I more than half expect them to follow in the footsteps of Bear Stearns, maybe not all the way into bankruptcy, but certainly a lot farther down the hill than they are currently. From here, I expect a 30% to 50% drop, but as shorting scares the bejezuz outta me, I'm not putting any real money on this one... yet.
