Echoing my generally negative sentiment of all the builders as I think optimism for a quick rebound here is overdone. Look at NVR, TOL, KBH, etc. for prior home builder posts/sentiments.

I really think the downside of the homebuilders is done. We will have some more subprime issues come to light over the next few months, but the stock market typically leads the trend anyway. Lennar is top notch and will be stable in the low 40's, then advance upwards. You probably need to reverse your pick. Don't be put off by my low rating - getting a portfolio started takes some tweaking and I am admittedly not a great market-timer. I just joined CAPS, but my real money portfolio is up 33% this year.
