I was wary of a bottom in housing, though the macro economic trends would point towards a continued slide, I was worried that we would get to the core/book value of homebuilders. But after reading floridabuilder's blog I think major pain and consolidation is ahead for this industry. Only the strong will survive and none will thrive.
