I think the street is over estimating probability of sale. It makes sense to keep the high growth sequencing instrumentation with the lower growth consumables contrary to some speculation of splitting up these businesses and Roche has too much overlap to buy the whole thing. The other one that makes sense is probably danaher or maybe PKI but I don't think they can afford it now given they both made some serious acquisitions recently.
