Lowes and Homedepot should decline not so much from contractors building houses although this will decrease until the price of homes reaches a level people can afford but rather from the home improvement sector. During the last several years homes have been like ATM machines; people refinance, get a wad of cash and remodel their homes. This area is going to dry up significantly and revenues of home improvement decrease with it.
