Looking at 26% ROE, growth depending on quarterly6/30 and cash with no debt. Speculative but a good gamble for several more quarters could push this one to $4 t0 $4.50

why would several more good quaters push it that high???? they have had non stop good even great quaters and it hasnt yet so why would it now???? what is that estimated number based on?
