As consumer spending goes down, memberships will drop. There is no reason people can't do better at home with their own capital equipment. This will be the first expense some people cut.

Great company with a great product but they seem a little overvalued right now. If Bally's returns from Chapter 11 successfully it could hurt LTM. Their clubs are large, expensive to build, and take a long time to construct.
