First, Level 3 is a possible takeover target. Second, upgrades should be coming. Third, technolgy is needs to transfer huge amounts of information and with growing demand of smartphones and more people wanting high speed internet, LVLT will be rewarded with the infrucstructure they possess. I have a 3 year price target of $12.00 on LVLT.

Im strongly considering buying this stock. Based on the info read, seems l;ike a winner long term. I sure hope your prediction of $12 is a winner
