Las Vegas will die a slow death. Every state wants gambling revenue, so will broke Americans drive / fly all the way to Vegas or drive 20 minutes to the Indian or River Boat Casino to lose their money? Would you want to retire in 100+ degree heat? Eventually, water, electric and food will become pricey as oil is not coming down and Las Vegas is in the middle of a NO WHERE DESERT, no water, no food near by and increased transportation costs.
Guess what? GET OUT!

Sheryl Crow was right:

At a P/E of 155 I am stealing this from ya and giving it the red thumb. I think that vegas is going to take one of the worst hits of a building market along with Miami, and people moving there will slow like no other but have you been to a casino there. I was there the other weekend and there are sooo many Asian / Oriental people there it was insane. I could tell that just by walking down the strip some of the big casinos were doing good business from Oriental people. As far as Americans giving MGM and ceasers business forget it......
