The only way I see this stock rise is if it gets bought out but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Other retail stores are pushing Macy's out of business. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anyone I know that shops at Macy's and no matter how cheap or great their product is, if nobody buys it, it's pretty hard to make some profit.
