Q: What are the next stocks to fall after the housing bubble bursts?

A: Companies that sell furniture!

This stock has done so so well since 2000 when people were buying bigger and better houses...and then furnishing them. The stock price has tripled since 2003 and it now trades at 25 times earnings.

Step 1: people stop buying homes
Step 2: people stop buying furniture
Step 3: FD stock goes down the toilet

Not to mention what will happen to a department store if the American consumer finally wakes up and realizes he has no money...
