Ack! I got into this one just in time to take a 37-point shellacking! This is probably the riskiest company I have ranked (at least to outperform). It's definitely not my style in real life, but I do think the technology is interesting. I'm hanging on here and hoping for a big bounce. Which is not much a strategy, to be sure.
When I saw all of the class action suits appear, I sold it and became part of the class action. In order to do that you have to have bought it between a specific date range, which I did, something like Jan. 11, 2012 and March ?, 2012. I too took a shellacking; this happened to me back in 1987 and I recovered .25% of my original investment on top of my selling price....
Do you feel you were misled by mako management? Or are you just jumping on a bandwagon hoping to win the lottery? I find these lawsuits to be without merit and even frivolous.
I also took a beating but I will also hangeth in there....simply because I'm too stubborn to give up. As a retired physician I think this wil be a profitable stock ONLY FOR THOSE WILLING TO HOLD IT FOR A LONG TIME. Hospitals are also taking a beating but this wil turn around eventually....So, I believe this is a wait it out scenario. I'm one of those.
