1) Weak US Dollar will encourage some to travel.





2) Marriott has done an exceptionally good job of building thier own internet presence, reducing thier reliance on intermediaries, and thus taking over thier margins (Web sales up 26% since January).





3) 1-year target has just been raised to $55 as per the last Bloomberg Analyst Survey.





4) Marroitt are just simply the best business travellers hotels in the world. They know thier business very well and it can be impossible to get in at a Marriott Residence located near a corporate headquarters.
