With the lead concerns and large recalls, parents will be skittish, and there's a challenge to find new suppliers (outside of China). But with holiday season coming and the classic toys kids love, business will get a boost. The financials don't look particularly scintillating to me, and there's no insider ownership, but I'm not sure what that should mean. Except that I should care about those things.
