It's hard to believe an American toy manufacturer still exists. Today, as a toy company you only have three customers...Wal-Mart, K-Mart & Toys R Us. I expect that ultimately K-Mart and TRU will go out of business so that leaves you with one main customer. With that power, Wal-Mart will be able to squeeze this company at the margins as they continue to fill their toy aisle with high margin Chinese junk.

I'll worry about that when Walmart starts selling Chinese products that are licensed by Disney. Kids do know which toys they want.

Yes, that is true. I have dozens of nieces and nephews and they are all going high tech at such an early age. Even Fischer Price is launching baby toys that feature an Ipad. I wonder if the traditional American toy manufacturers will be able to keep up with the next generation of kids who have thrown down the Barbie dolls and picked up the ipods. Thanks for the reply DrGoldin.
