One of few AMerican Toy makers eliminating environmentally questionalble materials even though US regualtors allow use.

Towys are somewhat resistent to economic downturns thus providing some prodtection in a downturn.

Mattel is cheap on a cashflow basis due to the China quality crisis. That's now behind it and earnings are back on track. The stock should return to it's pre-China levels over the next year.
