Massive recall is bad for its image. Parents will think twice about buying a brand that is plagued with safety issues.

I was so impressed with Mattels' reputation of integrity March of 2007. I was holding out for 20/share. It never happened.
Lucky me! I'll never buy MAT. Who knows what else they're up to.
Let this be a lesson to businesses who only look for the cheap...

I liked this stick when it was trading at $11... only didn't have any spare gelt. Ah well... Christmas is coming and Mattel finally seems on track. Maybe its just because I have a soft spot for Matchbox cars and my girls love the Barbie-topia animate...
