Municipal bond insurance leader, the business with the best claims-to-premiums ratio in insurance. A long-time unheralded blue chip that really hurt itself with the mortgage crisis. Looking for it to get back on track.

If I'm calling a bottom on ABK might as well on this one too, I wouldn't put really money on these guys yet, my suspicion is there may be another credit crunch looming in the next 6 months but... its only a game :)

Stock hammered recently due to a moody's credit rating drop, but its still rated double A. I think the drop in stock price is an over-reaction and look for a nice rebound.
