Moody's is one of the Big Three Bond rating firms. The other two are Standard & Poor's and Fitch. I believe the worst of the credit debacile is over. New debt securities will be issued by companies as well as by government units and agencies. This spells a good opportunity for the rating companies. I believe Moody's shares have an Intrinsic Value of $52-$54 per share.





Moody's at $33.91 is a BUY.
