I like MHOs market exposure and it pays a steady (albeit small) dividend. I think MHO is positioned to benefit when the housing market picks up again, but until then, I'm waiting for a lower price

Residential Construction and a relative strength of 16 jsut do not stimulate great anticipation of future profits.

Coupled with declining growth....this is not a wealth builder anytime soon!

if you ever wanted to get into real estate, keep your eye on these. many of theses home builders are starting to trade at fractions of their intrinsic value. you really think all these guys are going to bankrupt?

Do a Z score on this one and convince me why anyone should be a buyer here - no one will take over a $110 market cap builder in the current environment - at least 50% chance of bk within 18 months - seller on today's strength related to CFC.

M/I Homes has fallen 75% from its highs set earlier in the year and it looks probable that it could fall another 75% from these levels. I couldn't believe when i pulled up the balance sheet and saw nearly 500M in debt and just 3M in cash. The losses ...

I'm not positive but this seems like one of the lowest rated stocks on CAPS, they are expected to lose 6.28 a share which is more than 2/3 the value of the stock. That is not good
