McGraw-Hill's S&P organization is culpable in the tarting up of junk mortgages and bonds to A thru AAA ratings through the tranche game. No more. S&P revs to fall sharply. Anger at wide spread defaults abd losses approaching or exceeding $1T, damaging banks, pension funds, college trusts, will bring the wrath of the citizens, Congress, and prosecutors down on MHP.
