There is no food establishment out there that do not use an equipment that is made or own by Middleby Corp. I do not know about mobile hotdog trucks but every Chinese and Pizza restaurant out there needs a deep fryer. Think all the Mc'Ds, Burger King...

There will be new restaurants opening all the time requiring equipment. Old ones will need their equipment serviced or replaced. Middleby is the company to provide the service and equipment.

people like pizza. MIDD makes the ovens that cook Pizza... companies will come and go that sell pizza but they will always need ovenst to cook the pies in... this compnay will do very well.
