This is a quiet company trading at a nice discount. Sure, short term building fears will be a headwind, but they have a great balance sheet and will pull through the slowdown nicely.
The recent merger will begin to add to earnings in 09. The merger will also help lower costs. More storage units and locations means units have to travel shorter distances to customers. Saves on fuel costs and they have eliminated a competitor.
I own this and will continue to add on weakness.
