PROBLEM: LA is lagging behind NY, the owner of this company is making inroads with the Mayor in facing this cities problem, NY has almost the same size hispanic community, faces similar school and crime issues and regardless is still considered the world capital or at least the cultural center of the u.s., its time for LA to step up and move up in the world

SOLUTION: redeveloping downtown, make it walker friendly, new real estate development with new ideas
