The breakup of Altria Group (MO) will unlock the value hidden in this company. In addition to its 4% dividend, I believe current shareholders stand to benefit in the short term at the very least.

Recent SCHWAB ruling is just blip in long term positive trend.

Another lawsuit hitting big tobacco? Please.... we've heard this story before, big tobacco stocks fall down, then they go up to new highs. This has created yet another great buying opportunity.

Global expansion and great free cash flow will keep this one rolling despite the fact that the U.S. market is in decline. The dip from the latest class action suit is just a good buying opportunity. The lawsuit won't stick just like all the others.

now that suit is out of the way this stock should be on fire... when the board meets early next year and decides to put the kraft spin off back on the front of the docket this stock will be going to par.
