This is a play on a Democrat win in 2008. Bush kept vetoing legislation to expand SCHIP, a gap coverage program for health insurance of children. A Dem president and Congress will likely expand it significantly.

McCain as Prez might veto again, since he spoke/voted against it, but then who knows with McCain anyway (and I don't see him winning).

Molina is a big player in the SCHIP programs

I like this type of pitch... a little insight into something that I can't tell from first glance at the company's summary or their financials. I might consider this one. 1 rec for you.

I agree with you, a Dem president will only expand the SCHIP program, and companies like MOH will be the benefactors of such expansion.
