the recent burn from high oil prices has shown this nation's need for alternative fuels. Since we can all prettymuch agree that the crude oil issue is not really solved, companies like Monsanto have the products in their pipeline to cater to both ethanol and biodiesel productiion demands; which is why I believe they would be a good play for the 1-2year timeframe. check them out for yourselves: http://www.monsanto.com/monsanto/layout/our_pledge/facing_challenges/energy.asp
