I closed MPG just a week ago at +24 points.
Last few days, MPG has come down approx. 20%, which is nothing comparing to 200% increase in its price during the last month or so. Not to mention that this is a one star stock that many believe is a strong bankruptcy candidate.
Knowing all of that, I still can't go against my eleven twenty-one and chart-eyeballing methods.
Based on both, MPG is a long term winner...
If "MPG is a long term winner", how would a loser look like?
Did you see the LSE 10K dated 3/31/2010? It includes the following text in the "Cash Generated [Lost] from Operations" section ...
Occupancy levels. There was negative absorption in 2009 in most of our submarkets, and our overall occupancy levels declined in 2009. We expect our occupancy levels in 2010 to be flat or lower than 2009 levels ...
I suggest that you keep your finger on the sell trigger for this one.
JackCaps, I have no idea how a loser would look like (especially not after MPG's 13% jump today).
Btw., have you ever wondered why we all are not rich already if all we need is to look at 10K reports and we'll know exactly which stocks are winners and which ones are losers?
Stay tuned... :)
