This Minyanville article sums up my feelings on MDRNA...I, I was right, MDRwhocares.

This company plays perfectly into my "underperform due to sudden name change but not sudden better business outlook" theory. Truth be told, I did not read the whole article for I find biotech information rather boring and completely un-understandable. But, I read enough to make an underperform call here...said company lacks patents (and cash for that matter, only $20M left). I know enough to understand that patents (and cash) are everything in this field. When MDRNA secures a patent, it will be time to bail on this red thumb, but that doesn't look likely, at least any time soon. Plus, they have all kinds of management problems, which usually does not lead to a higher stock price. Therefore, I'll wait for my bankruptcy charm.

Your point and analogy is digestible. Personally I have been very accurate since 2007 on this stock and yet today there are still some longs left who still do not see the light.I went up against Cramer, the research firms who follow the company and the rest of the Star Mine experts and today I am solely am standing on top of the hill. But the miracle in this company, is the fact that management still exists and gets paid!Dr.Quay

Let me explain my long at this point in time, I've already lost my points but the S&P has further to fall. That should be a net point gain even if this dog goes to zero. At this point in time, I only have another 2.41 points left to lose on the stock side with plenty of upside should they pull a rabbit out their hat. Once the S&P changes direction, this pick is closed.

Any change to your feelings lately now that MRNA has some new sources of cash at least?
