zune needs work and unlike xbox vs Sony, not going against stagnant opponent. Issues with XBOX will be a drag, Vista is an upgrade people seem to be avoiding if possible. Company cannot seem to make a decision what it wants to be (entertainment? software? dbase?) Similar to Yahoo and the peanut butter sandwich, spread too thinly on too many items. And still hasn't really figured out how to sell/dsitrbute over the web. Growth will need to be through major acquisition (maybe with Yahoo?)
